Built from the floor up
BLACKTABLE was founded by Andreas Breitfuss, a hospitality strategist and F&B innovator with over 35 years of experience across stadiums, luxury hotels, cruise ships, restaurants, catering, and events throughout the Asia-Pacific region.
A graduate of the prestigious Blue Mountains International Hotel Management School, Andreas has further expanded his expertise through MIT's Professional Education programs in Agentic AI and Generative AI, positioning BLACKTABLE at the forefront of AI-driven hospitality transformation.
Beyond hospitality, Andreas brings the same determination and strategic thinking that led him to summit Mt. Everest in May 2012, reaching 8,850 metres. This spirit of pursuing excellence and overcoming challenges defines the BLACKTABLE approach to every engagement.
